Since November 2023, anyone operating a quad is required to complete a training course with a registered provider, even if the vehicle is only required on your own farm . To support this, we are offering a QQI Level 5 Quad/ATV Training Course that combines theory and practical instruction. Upon successful completion, participants receive a lifelong certificate. The program is open to individuals aged 16 and older, with a one-day course available for experienced operators and a two-day option for novices. The schedule includes a morning theory session, followed by a practical assessment in the field after a short tea and coffee break. This course ensures that quad drivers remain safe, certified, and compliant with current regulations.
